Payment Options

Online Card Payments:

 

Visa, Master and American Express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system.

You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us.

In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of

completion of transaction.

You can book your product using SSL encryption (the internet standard for secure transactions).

In fact, transacting online with a credit card at the website is even safer than using a credit card at a restaurant because we do not retain your credit card information.

You can be assured that Need82 offers you the highest standards of security currently available on the internet so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure.

 

If the payment on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by Need82 72 hours prior to the time of departure;

else, the order is liable to be cancelled.

REFUND

Refunds will be processed as per the airline fare rules and cancellation policy. Such refunds shall be subject to Need82 receiving the same from the airlines.
However, the convenience fee paid to need82 paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee.

All cancellations made directly with the airline need to be intimated to Need82,
in order to initiate the process of refund. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc.
The refund shall be processed after deducting the Need82 service fee which is independent of the convenience fee as mentioned above.

The refund will be credited to the
same account from which the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Need82 will make an appropriate charge reversal to the same credit card;
like-wise if the User used a debit card, Need82 will credit the money to the same debit card.

In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets,
upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
